Woo hoo! We got our first pic! This fine looking fellow is a local "pimp" who prefers to work his girls in the 8th Avenue area. His name is Wilmer Mosely. Say hello to this puke next time you are in the area. Or better yet, throw something heavy and/or pointed at him give him a hug (for those who accuse me of condoning violence and cannot comprehend sarcasm, I edited that for ya).
